Cameron is 4!!

Last week we celebrated cameron's 4th Birthday. He was so excited, he had been waitng for weeks for it to be his birthday! I think most of all he was so excited becasue his daddy was going to be home for it! We did the Miller family tradition and made Japanese food for dinner and Cameron loved it. I was a little worried he wasn't going to like the Gyoza'a, but he loved them! Grandpa got Cameron a bike! It is actually the bike myself and all my siblings learned on. My dad just got a new seat and tires for it and it still rides like a champ. It took cameron a couple days though to get used to it, he was a little nervous after falling a couple of times, but now he just zooms down the street. He also got a couple of other great things, a Hulk costume from Grandma and clothes from G&G Miller, which are always needed. Cameron is such a joy to have in our house and we are so blessed to have him. We love him to death and can't believe he is four already!

Wasatch Back Relay

This past week I had the chance to run in the Ragnar relay with some of Adams family and friends. For anyone who knows me, I am totally not a runner. But they conned me into this one and I had a blast. I ended up running just over 13 miles. The whole race was 188 miles and our team did in just under 30 hours! I know it doesn't sound like fun, but it really was. We had two vans with about 6-7 people in each of them and we would seriously, run, drive, sleep(really not that much), and run some more. I didn't get very many pictures, which makes me sad, but I'm glad Hayley did! Thanks! And I was so thankful that Scott and Abby were able to watch the boys! Thanks guys! Well heres all the pictures I got, not much, but you can check out Hayleys blog for more!

Memorial Day Weekend...a little late

Memorial Day weekend, me, my dad and the boys went and met Alisa, Ben and her boys and their friends in Oregon. They camped while we stayed in a hotel!! haha and we would meet them out on the lake each day...we were roughing it! We had so much fun and Cameron loved being on the boat. I don't think Patrick enjoyed it as much mainly because of the life jacket. But we were even able to get Cameron to ride on the tube. I have to admit I was alittle nervous just because I knew Cameron would freak out if he ended up in the water...and it was freezing. I even made my self get in the water and do a little wakeboarding. I was so dang sore thought the next couple of days.

Fractured arm

So last week, while I was at work, someone rang the doorbell and Cameron got a little excited to see who it was. He was sitting on my moms bed and apparently while he was trying to get off, he fell. My mom said he cried like never before, so we knew something was wrong. So the next day he wasn't using his arm at all and when I would try to straighten it or bend it he would cry and say it hurt. Next stop the doctor. Two xrays later they tell us that there is fluid in the joint(of his elbow) which usually means there is a fracture, but no visible one. So they put a cast on his arm with an ace bandage wrapped around it, and a sling. He did really, really well with it for the week. I thought it was going to be horrible. We did go back to the Doctor and he took the cast off and now wants us to just wait and see how his arm does. Cameron acts like nothing was even wrong with it. We are suppose to be keeping it in the sling this whole week and doing excercises. He still wont straighten all the way or bend all the way, but you wouldn't even know there was anything wrong with him. He's doing great!! We are just now waiting and making sure he keeps it that way!

Our trip to Seattle

Well about two weeks ago, the boys and I drove down to Seattle. Adam was able to fly there and meet us there as well. We are so lucky to have family there, so we stayed with Alisa and her family. Adams family was also there for the weekend staying with his Aunt. It was so nice to see everyone in the quick weekend. The first day we were there we went into Seattle and took a ferry over to Bainbridge Island. This is what I really love about Adams family, we always plan everything around food!!!! I love it. So the reason we over there was to eat at Cafe Nola. This is one of the places tha Giada, from food network had gone to. My mother in law is the best at finding those places! The boys loved the ferry ride, especially Cameron. He keeps asking to go on the boat ship again. Later on we went to Pikes place market and we bought some seafood of course and Adam bought me some beautiful flowers for me! We then headed back to sis' house and made crab and clams. I hadn't ever had fresh clams and found out that I'm not a fan of them. Then the next day we went to the Museum of flight and I think Adam was more in heaven than Cameron. Patrick is starting to figure out planes so enjoyed it as well. We were also able to have dinner that evening with Adam's family and a couple cousins of his. It was so fun and great to see everyone there. Even though it was a short quick weekend, it was tons of fun. And the boys actually did very we`ll driving 8 hours each way. And we cant wait to see daddy again soon! Oh and I forgot my camera so all of these pictures are from my phone, sorry.

Oh and we ate at this Ivars. I had a couple of peaople tell me to eat there...they had the best clam chowder ever and clam strips...DELICIOUS!!!

Cameron was a little unsure at first to get in the planes, he thought they were going to take off.

This is Patrick on the first day there. He was so worn out, and he rarely sleeps in the car, he only slept for about 45 min out of the 8 hours on the way there!

"Haymitch hasn't paid much attention to his platter, but he's knocking back a glass of red juice that he keeps thinning with a clear liquid from a bottle."

I got this off my cousins blog, I thought it was cute and very random! So this is the book I'm reading now, and happened to be the one closest to me.(highly recommend it too, Stephenie Meyers, the writer of Twighlight, recommended it!)

What did I tell you, RANDOM!!
